Thank you for your interest in considering our Parish Hall for your function. You will find on the following pages the Parish Hall application form, regulations covering the use of our facilities, our rental price list, a floor plan map and the Town of Belmont Department of Health Catering Registration form. There is also the Archdiocese Liquor Liability Coverage bulletin if you informed me during our initial conversation that there will be alcohol served during your function.

Please carefully read the "Regulations Govering the Use of St. Joseph's Facilities". I would especially like to highlight items 5, 6, 7, and 11. It is important that the caterers are informed about 5 and 6 well in advance. St. Joseph's also fells strongly that any funcation involving children should not be permitted to serve liquor. Caterers must also register with the Town of Belmont Health Department. Note that there is no extra cost to the caterers or to you but it is required by the Health Department. Item 11 is in consideration of our residential neighbors and we strictly adhere to this regulation.
